As I recover from surgery (nicely I might add) I have only to take a little walk around the house to be thankful for my good fortune and the blessings of the world, of which I understand I am a tiny part. <\/span><\/p>\n

The bees love the prairie purple clover — look closely and you can see a couple here gathering the pollen on their legs and gathering nectar too, I think. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This is native sage used for ceremony by my Lakota friends and other tribes. It’s good for “smudging”– clearing out negative energy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
