Step 10 and 11: --

Attach the center ELO logo to the black wood circle
and attach the metal parts to the circle.
This was hard because the plastic kept wanting to split every time I put a screw in it. I guess the investment in a drill would have helped. Oh well. It finally worked great. Next Step...
