Weekend of March 7 and 8, 1998 --

Project 4008 Plan of Action!
After examining the Wurlitzer speaker it became very clear what was needed to convert it to the ELO logo. Since it will come apart into small pieces by simply undoing a few screws (No problem there! A screw loose is normal for me...) Changing each part will be simple. Well That is the plan.

The steps we will attempt will go like this:
1) Take it completely apart and clean everything
2) Sand off the yellow, red, green, and white from the plastic parts.
3) Paint the plastic parts red and yellow only!
NOTE: This is a three step process that will take all weekend.
4) Get some plexiglass and cut new parts
5) Paint the new parts blue.
6) Sand and paint the wood center black.
7) Paint a blue strip around the black circle.
8) Print out the large center ELO logo on sticker paper
NOTE: This will be the hardest step!
9) Cut the ELO logo carefully and piece it together on a large piece of plexiglass
10) Attach the center ELO logo to the black wood circle.
11) Attach the Metal parts to the Wood circle.
12) Wait for paint to dry. (Also hard to do when excited!)
13) Now that all the parts are ready it is time to assemble.
14) Place the plastic parts back into position.
15) Screw everything back together.
16) Put the new ELO Logo on wall and enjoy!

DONE! -- Well that is the plan... Here we go....
