Sunday night pizza: take one frozen pizza, the best that you can find, add garlic chopped fine, black olives and a little shredded mozarella, bake as indicated on the box, take out of oven, drizzle olive oil (preferably Saggitario from Tuscany), sprinkle with dried oregano and fresh ground black pepper. Viola!

Plus a nice trip to a wool and sheep festival on the Washington County Fairgrounds with friend Ann Hutchins, observe sheep shearing, lamas and eat a “walking taco” another name for a Frito Pie – a la Santa Fe Plaza Woolworths.
