Todd and Ann Marie drove over from Arlington Heights, Illinois, to see the Cubs play the Twins at Target Field. (Two teams in a race for the bottom) The Cubs lost 3 – 11 — but the day was beautiful and our seats were in the shade. Then a nice dinner at the Lake Elmo Inn where we were the only people dining al fresco in the garden.

Very nice – I remember playing with Todd when he was a toddler and I was..whatever. I think it was my first realization of how fun little kids were.
