Did the crazies take over? or was it just that people are really upset about the state of the economy, jobs, etc. which (by the way) was created by George Bush and company.
Bob and I did our usual due diligence: donated to and campaigned for our local candidates. Plus, we did a little extra to try to defeat Michele Bachmann who spent $70 for every vote she got in our district. The big fundraising she did leaves her with a big war chest. Speculation is that she will run for the Senate against Amy Klobuchar in 2012 — I say go for it since she would never win the whole state — only this odd conservative gerrymandered district that we happen to live in.
Meanwhile Judy and Bob were on national TV — The Ed show on MSNBC – on the Sunday before the election. You can see us in this clip in the background when the camera shows both Ed and Tarryl Clark.
